Prince2 as the guiding principle and communication medium
The projects of Geodan are carried out on the basis of the Prince2 project management methodology. Depending on the complexity of the project and the wishes of the customer, this methodology is applied ‘strictly’ or used ‘in the spirit of’. The underlying idea is that Prince2 is a means, never a purpose in itself.The advantage of working with a fixed methodology is that everyone uses the same concepts and can explicitly follow the process.
Geodan project managers are Prince2 certified. If the customer has less experience with this methodology, Geodan can discuss the outlines of this methodology.

Geodan’s project managers have a minimum experience of 5 years in managing (complex) projects. They are results-oriented, they define clear priorities, clearly distinguishing between the central and secondary matters. They have communication skills, they are not afraid to put tricky matters on the agenda and they will take into account the prior conditions of their project. Indeed, they are fully committed to the task assigned to them.
