P-Info provides the district police officers with access to the current police database at any time and at any location.

Police officers, as other mobile workers, need access to current information at any time and any location. P-Info enables police officers in the street to directly query the police databases and national crime investigation registers, to show locations of incidents on maps, and to use the standard office applications via their mobile devices.
Solution
P-Info is a portal that makes the police databases and national criminal investigation registers available on mobile devices (phones, handheld computers) of police officers in the field. As it deals with sensitive information the data flows are heavily secured. P-Info is deployed in the Netherlands and is used by thousands of officers across the country for their day-to-day activities.
Functionality
P-Info enables police officers at any time and anywhere to:
- Query regional databases (e.g. information on incidents, the people and material involved, civilians and enterprises) and criminal investigation registers (vehicles and wanted individuals), using location filters;
