Geodan S&R

Geodan S&R (Systems & Research) was established in 1995 as a subsidiary of Geodan IT. In 2000 Geodan S&R became an independent company.

Geodan Systems & Research is responsible for the research for and maintenance of software components and the technical infrastructure of the Geodan group. Geodan S&R implements various technologies such as mobile information supply, spatial data infrastructures, virtual reality and voice recognition in relation to geo-information. This is done in cooperation with researchers from the scientific world.

For the development of the software components S&R uses development languages such as C++, Java, Delphi, Visual Basic and C#. Open Source libraries are also often applied for this purpose.
