Formats and projections

All geographical data Geodan offers, can be provided in several formats.The following formats are standard supported:

Vector (polygons/Lines):

• MapInfo
• Mid-mif
  
• ESRI Shape

Vector (points)
As above, also:

• Dbf
• Access
• Txt (csv)
  
• Excel

Raster:

• TIFF + world file (ESRI)
• TIFF + tab file (MapInfo)

Projections

All data of The Netherlands Geodan offers, are standard delivered in the Dutch RD grid. For the other European data, Geodan uses the Lat/Lon WGS84 projection.

Special requests

Selections, different formats and projections can be delivered as well. For example raster data can be provided in ECW or GeoTiff format. This may imply additional costs.
