Maintenance contracts

To make sure to always have access to the most up-to-date data or the latest version of your GIS software, you can sign a maintenance contract with Geodan. The costs for this service differ per producer.

If you have a maintenance contract for data of which Geodan is the producer and owner, as soon as a new version of the product becomes available, Geodan will send you these data automatically. Invoicing will be upon the delivery of these data. Other data providers use other mechanisms or apply only a price per year that does however include updates.

Also for the internet or intranet licenses, the prices are year-based. This means you will automatically receive the most up-to-date version the moment it becomes available.

For software, the contracts are signed with the software provider. These contracts are for one calendar year and entitle the contract holder to receive all new releases that appear during the year.
