LKI-classification

The elements are coded according to the LKI-classification (Surveying and Cartographic Information System of the Dutch Kadaster). A distinction has been made by main groups, such as buildings and paving.

Cadastral extract

The cadastral extract is an overview with the basic data of a real estate object. These data are extracted from the AKR (General Cadastral Registration). The data can be linked to LKI-data and can be purchased from the LKI. If required, the data can also be purchased separately.

Content of the cadastral extract

Among other things, the cadastral extract contains the following information:

• Name, address, sex and date of birth of the cadastral owner
• Cadastral code
• Surface area
• Rights in rem
• Impediments, such as designations within the framework of the Monuments and Historic Buildings Act, designations within the framework of the Public Works Removal of Impediments in Private Law Act (pipes) and resolutions in respect of the Soil Protection Act (contamination)
• Additional data such as attestations of admissibility to the estate, modifications in mortgages and others on request.
