EuroStreets Vector

EuroStreets Vector (specifically designed for GIS applications) is a digital street plan in vector format covering a large number of West European countries. The product is based on MultiNetTM of Tele Atlas and is produced by Geodan. The data set can be used excellently as a reference map.

Through the structure in different map layers, this dataset can be used to define what information is shown and in what way. Precise routing is possible with the street network.

Large-scale Base Map of The Netherlands (GBKN)

The Large-scale Base Map of The Netherlands (GBKN, Grootschalige Basiskaart Nederland) is the best detailed topographical base map of The Netherlands. In built-in areas, the scale is 1:500 or 1:1,000 and in rural areas 1:2,000. The map is available for the whole Netherlands and it is comparable and exchangeable thanks to a clearly described minimal content and precision.

Cadastral map

The cadastral map gives an overview of the location of the cadastral parcels and boundaries. The map is subdivided according to the cadastral municipality, the section letter and the page number. The user can orientate on the map by means of the parcel number, the cadastral boundaries, the topography and the names of streets and waterways.

Aerial photos and satellite images of The Netherlands

Aerial photos and satellite images can be used excellently in a GIS as a background for reference purposes. Many applications can be thought of, for example, for water boards or municipalities, or for correctly mapping the environment of a location that will be purchased.

TOP10vector

TOP10vector is the best detailed file the Dutch National Mapping Agency (TDK) prepares and is extremely adequate as a geometrical reference in a GIS application. It is a vector file with a closed field structure, which consists of coded and mutually linked line elements.

TOP25raster

The TOP25raster maps are particularly apt for orientation or as a reference file. The maps are often used for mapping locations and/or (analysed) areas. TOP25raster is the best detailed product regarding topographical reproduction and is based on the TOP10vector products of the Topographical Service Kadaster.
